INTRODUCTION

About Us

The "Invescore Property" LLC has been providing an exclusive complex Japanese standardized property management service since 2017. In currently, the "Invescore Property" LLC has been successfully performing managing and consulting service on the "Khoimor Office" building and the "Ambassador Residence" which apartments contain minimal trended style. The "Invescore Property" LLC is the official distributor of the "Ambassador Residence" and our vision and unique purpose is for providing a complex standardized property management services and fulfilling a comfort and luxurious livings to our customers.

Project Introduction

The “Ambassador Residence” is built to withstand 8 magnitude of earthquake and has full metal concrete frame panels with 16 floors, 62 doors, fully serviced construction and a “Human Centered” standard apartment with a unique design of Japanese architect, penetrated modern technological solutions to its purpose and principle.

We are committed to place health and well being of our residents at the center of our building design and performance. Since 2017 the global trend of building standart is research - based standard for measuring, certifing and monitoring the performance of buildings. The Well building standard allows to integrate human well being in our architectural design by creating spaces and buildings that improve the overall health, mood, sleep and performance of "Ambassador Residence" residents

Project Developer

The "TECRA" LLC is the experienced company of the Japanese which has established in 2001 which has been in a property development and construction industry for 18 years. The "TECRA" LLC had successfully applied Japanese technologies and know-how in its whole projects on developing countries such as the Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Philippines, Laos and the Mongolia. In 2016-2017, the "TECRA" LLC had successfully worked as property investor and project supervisor of the "Khoimor Office" project which was awarded as the Ulaanbaatar's Best Building Award of 2017. The "TECRA" LLC has exceeded its operation activities in Mongolia and established its subsidiary company which is the "TECRA MONGOLIA" LLC which has accomplished one of the best luxury building projects the "Ambassador Residence".

Building general structure

The Ambassador Residence is an Apartment with 16 floors, 62 units which provides complex building services such as (two dimension of exit and entry gates at 1st floor, Lobby Room, Special Lounge which serves its members, Concierge service, 24 hour of Security service and the talented employees directed to serve as management service to the customers). 2nd floor : The "Carnet" VIP lounge 3-12th floors : 5 doors with 1-2 bedrooms 13-16th floors : 3 doors with 2-3 bedrooms.

Common Areas

Elevator - Two units of stainless -steel finish elevators with stone flooring that smoothly travels 2 meters per second with loading capacity of up to 800 kgs.

Architecture

The Ambassador Residence was designed by internationally renowned, most talented Japanese architect and designer Mr.Akihisa Kageyama. The distinctiveness of Mr.Akihisa Kageyama's work is the ability to integrate the heritage, history and features of an particular country into his work. Mr.Akihisa Kageyama's unique vision has come up in the exterior design of the "Ambassador Residence" building. Stone and metal facade is an extraordinary representation of an ancient Mongolian "Stone statues" and traditional "Avdar" (wooden chest, placed at the most sacred part of dwelling ) symbolizing a solid and stable existence.
